All prices on our website are given in GB £ Pounds Sterling. Postage and packing will be added to these charges where applicable.​

General Sales Information

When ordering from our website, Funky Dummy Ltd will send an e-mail to the buyer, with the agreement between buyer and the company. An invoice with the final agreed upon price is included with the items ordered. This invoice includes any discount that may be given.​

Funky Dummy Ltd cannot accept responsibility for typing errors made by the customer, or for products that are being phased out. We reserve the right to refuse orders requesting dummies with text that contains inappropriate language for baby products.​

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order that may cause offence or distress to others and in such a case we will refund any payments made. We will not be responsible for any copyright infringement by the customer.

Buyer's are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered is correct. Funky Dummy Ltd is not responsible for orders being lost or delayed in the post if an incorrect / incomplete delivery address is given.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your items but, in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via our 'Contact' form.​

In the unlikely event your item is faulty, we will request photos from you showing the fault. You will have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service which insures you for the value of goods being sent. Funky Dummy Ltd will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.​

Returns or exchanges are not NOT accepted on any personalised items once payment has been received unless the item is faulty. ​

Your right to return goods will NOT apply if:

  • Your item is personalised;

  • If you make a spelling error and your order has been sent to production;

  • The item was not returned in it's original packaging;​

Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded for unwanted items. You will also be responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items.​

Returns or exchanges are not accepted if you do not follow the care instructions provided with our dummies. For clarification, images on our dummies are stable and will remain permanently if they are not exposed to heat (Steam steriliser, boiling water, dishwasher etc) Images will only fade or scratch off if they have been exposed to heat. We recommend washing our dummies in warm soapy water only or using a Milton Mini Steriliser.

You may retrieve and display the content of this Website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices.
